Pillow Covers: For non-standard sizes, please contact us directly.
3. How should I clean the products?
Rugs: Machine-washable at 30 °C, robot-vacuum friendly.
Wall Art: Wipe gently with a damp cloth, avoid exposure to water.

Pillow Covers: Zippered models can be machine-washed at 30 °C.

Pillow Covers: Just zip onto the pillow insert; no extra hardware required.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?

6. What should I do if the product arrives damaged?
Rugs: Please take photos of the package upon delivery and contact us; we will replace it free of charge.
Wall Art: If the glass or frame is damaged, please file a report; we will send you a new one.
Wall Tapestries: If there is an issue with the fabric or print, we provide a free replacement.
Pillow Covers: Any printing or stitching defects will be replaced at no cost.
7. Are the products suitable for outdoor use?
Rugs: Suitable for semi-outdoor use (such as balconies) for short periods. Direct outdoor exposure is not recommended. Chenille-type rugs are outdoor-friendly.
Wall Art: Intended for indoor use; outdoor use requires additional protection.
Wall Tapestries: Not suitable for windy or humid outdoor environments.
Pillow Covers: Can be used short-term outdoors (balconies, verandas), but long-term outdoor use is not recommended.
8. Can I place bulk orders?
Rugs: Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk orders in restaurants, hotels, offices, etc.

Pillow Covers: Bulk production for organizations and promotional use is available.
9. Will the product color match exactly with the pictures?
Rugs: Due to digital printing, up to 5% color variation may occur, but the design will be identical.
Wall Art: Minor color differences may appear due to screen calibration.
Wall Tapestries: Up to 5% tonal variation may occur due to printing texture.

10. What are your return and exchange policies?
Rugs: Non-customized and unused rugs can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Custom-made rugs cannot be returned or exchanged.
Wall Art: Unused, non-personalized pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Custom-made prints are non-returnable.
Wall Tapestries: Standard-size, unused items can be returned within 14 days. Customized or special-size products cannot be returned.
Pillow Covers: Non-personalized and unused covers can be returned within 30 days. Personalized covers (names, logos, custom images) cannot be returned.
🛑 Note: Custom production includes all items made with your specific name, requested size, or chosen image. Such orders are legally exempt from the right of withdrawal (in accordance with consumer protection laws).
11. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Rugs: Yes, all our rugs are thin and flexible, making them perfectly compatible with robot vacuums.
